When I called I spoke with Steve (twice lol) our 6 month old American lab puppy Skipper is energetic and smart. Do you offer a free evaluation?
We don’t do in-person evaluations, but every new client starts with a free phone consultation. We’ll talk through your dog’s behavior, your goals, and whether our program is the right fit — no pressure, no obligation.
Why does the adult program include an e-collar and the puppy program doesn't?
Puppies are trained using positive reinforcement only while they’re still developing. For dogs over 6 months, we introduce a remote training collar as part of our Positive E-Forcement method — combining reward-based teaching with clear, fair communication for faster, more reliable results around real-world distractions.
How long does the program take?
The average number of lessons to present the lesson materials is 3 to 4, two-hour lessons and unlimited follow-up support after that.
Do I need to practice with my dog between sessions?
Yes — about 20–30 minutes a day. We do the heavy lifting during sessions, but consistent short practice at home is what makes the training stick.
What if I still have questions after the program ends?
All programs include unlimited follow-up. If something isn’t sticking or a new behavior pops up later, you can reach out and we’ll help you work through it.
